Negotiation and Sales – Driving business growth through effective sales and negotiation techniques.

The ability to sell and achieve positive outcomes in commercial negotiations is a business skill that is essential for the growth of small businesses. In our first combined Negotiation and Sales Seminar, we will be helping delegates to understand the negotiation process and how to prepare effectively for a negotiation. We will then build on this to help delegates to increase revenue through product knowledge, communication and selling skills. We will emphasise the importance of focusing on customers, the issues they face and how your product or service can solve these challenges. Throughout the day we will use a mix of teaching and a practical exercise to develop skills.
