The Productivity Leadership Group (PLG) launched a mentoring
programme in March 2018 to address the UK’s low productivity growth, which has stagnated
since the 2008 recession. The pilot

Due to the success of the pilot the programme is currently being
launched nationally and new SME’s who meet the criteria and are based in Greater
Birmingham and Solihull are invited to take part.
If your company meets the minimum requirements (below) you
may qualify for this free support.
- All sectors eligible
- Business is based in Greater Birmingham &
- Minimum turnover £2M
- Minimum employees 25FTE
- Must be looking to improve productivity and the
mentee must be a key decision-maker in the business.
The mentors are provided by the PLG members who are
senior/executive leaders from the following organisations:
- John Lewis Partnership
- BAE Systems
- Sharing in Growth
The mentors commit to supporting two businesses over a
12-month period and will offer mentoring on a face-to-face meeting, Skype,
telephone, e-mail etc basis.
This is a unique opportunity for your business to gain
